Mentorship Models and Youth Engagement (2022)
Our work through the Compass Connections prototype project and the Fundementors pilot project gave us an opportunity to examine a variety of mentorship models and assess which might be the most effective frameworks for youth looking to build connections in the community. This summary report highlights some key findings.
